Can't figure out right seal!

    1st post so hopefully not a redundant one...Im usually GOOD at figuring out parts and numbers but what the heck is the seal called or part # for the seal at the rear of my automatic 4x4 transmission that receives the transfer case drive shaft? Pic included...Thanks much men.

    Repair manual refers to it as trans adapter seal.

    Yes that would be the transfer case output seal on the tail section.

    W59 if Manual 4WD 3RZ
    R150F if Manual 4WD 5VZ
    A340F if Automatic 4WD 3RZ/5VZ

    I took the original seal off and its a koyo-cr mhsa 40.5 58 8 ... further research led me to OEM part number 9031140007. Soooo I went ahead and bought one off ebay for $16 OEM. We shall see!

    Changed the rear output seal of the transmission
    ive been replacing the seal MHSA 40.5 58 8 due to keep seeing and getting transmission fluid forming up in between the transfercase and the adapter of the transmission as shown in the picture above, and i cant figure out why i keep leaking even after replacing the seal. Is it because the shaft of the transfercase could be loose or what
