I have one of these and I removed my mirror and mounted my phone on the windshield where the mirror was, with a wireless charging cradle that uses this adapter for power. It’s a super clean solution, and I love it. Now my GPS navigation is near my line of sight, and I have no wires cluttering the interior. GLWS.

(I have a camper on my truck so the mirror wasn’t doing anything.)
