For those of us looking forward to some sucker taking the hit off the lot so that we can snag a 4G used and abuse it, it would be good to know what it's going to take to get these on a decent size tire and going some places.
If you have key pieces of information to know what it will take to get one up and ready to run 35/37 or larger tires go ahead and add to the thread.

-Rear axle. Sounds like the BD4 is a 9.5" ring gear
-Front diff. Maybe the same as Tundra/Sequoia? -Likely 8.9"
-Steering rack. Hopefully the same as Tundra/Sequoia or at least easily upgradeable
-Tie rods. Look pretty much like the current ones in pictures I've seen. Easy upgrade.
-Rear suspension. Looks like the 4 link setup will be really easy to coilover swap and get a decent amount of travel. Haven't seen much detail on the link configuration yet.
    - Frame. Fully boxed and welded should be a nice upgrade from the riveted mess that 2G/3G trucks have.
    - Bumpers. Front should be similar to a 3G. Rear should be an easy cut.
-Trimming. Looks to have plenty of room to cut a lot back. Maybe even more clearance at the rear of the front wheel wells to simplify that a bit.
-Gearing. What will stock gearing be and when will new gears be available.
-Aftermarket. Remains to be seen, but I'm sure it won't take long for the usual companies to have LT kits, armor, gears, etc for them.

I heard the front diff will be likely the 8.9" that comes on other TNGA trucks
