Any reliable suggestions for either a 1 piece led light bar or a split 2 piece which would allow access to spare tire winch access hole ?

    TIA

I run a VLED brake bar. Attaches where the license plate goes. Tried finding it on their website but only see the combo reverse / brake version.

I use the OPT7 brand one. Plenty of them on Amazon. Here's a picture of it on the truck. I think there's still room to access the spare release hole. You can always just bend the light back a little bit. It's very pliable.

AFAIK they have two options, red sequential or amber sequential turn signals.

Installation is a breeze, I would recommend getting a tailgate trailer light adapter so that your socket on your bumper is still accessible if you're towing a trailer.
