Hello Tacoma World!I’m a new member here located in Marietta ga.

I recently purchased a new 23 trd sport 4x4 in lunar rock color. So far I am loving the truck. I have already started some light mods on it which include AGP wheels, wildpeaks 265 70 17, and an eibach stage 2 kit on the way from headstrong off-road. I plan to do a few more things to it in time (bumper, grill, etc)

I have owned two Tacoma’s in the past. A 1999 extended cab and a 2004 double cab. I wish I would’ve kept the 2004! I really liked that truck.

I traded in my 22 Ford ranger tremor for this 23 sport. I liked the Ford but wanted to get back into another Toyota.

I appreciate all the good information you guys provide and look forward to contributing where I can.
    Thank you.IMG_2726.jpg

Great! I came back to the Toyota fold today getting a 2013 Taco with only 100K on the clock. Traded in a 2006 Frontier that had me more paranoid than a 1970 Ford F100 I once owned.

Thanks! I'm looking forward to the new Tacoma. I'll be installing my eibach stage 2 coilovers and deaver aal this week so hopefully that goes well without too much grief and cursing!
Lol that's how I felt about the ranger! Had to replace the turbo after leaving the dealer lot on the way home! Took weeks to get the part in. Didn't let me gain much confidence in my new truck at the time. Knew I wouldn't be keeping it long after that mess!

I have this exact color and model! Setup looks great! Makes me want the agp wheels bad now haha Are you having any rub issues? Think i would be able to fit factory mud guards? Thanks!

Thanks. It’s an awesome truck! I really like this color so excellent choice. I have no rub issue and stock mud guards would be fine for this size tire/wheel combo.
I just installed the eibach stage 2 coil overs and Deaver aal. So far so good, but do have some sway bar rub when heavily compressed. The brackets sent with the kit make it too close to where the skid plate mounts. I plan to tweak it soon, and adjust the coils this week to dial in the height of lift. Overall though I like it as it rides better than stock.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
