Drives fine no dash lights at all. Started right up and fit to roll . Putting it on a truck back to Florida on Saturday.

Maybe you can keep it and make it a dedicated off- road rig. And perhaps get a ride that gets good gas mileage

    Mods pending
I wouldn’t call that an off road wreck to the insurance company at least, lol. Last couple of incidents I’ve dealt with, insurance was actually a bit over what I thought I would get.

Problem will be the mods. Hopefully you can track down all your receipts.

Be ready to itemize that, guessing that’s where the fight may be.

Take off as many mods as you can now. The insurance won't want to give you any money for them and it'll be a fight to get their value.

I bet the salvage price on it is big. Should find out what it is and put together a group buy. Then do a massive part out.

When you have access to it, plan to strip off all of your accessories. Also, factory reset the stereo.

When it gets declared as a total loss, it will go to auction quickly and you won’t have the chance to clear off your home address, synced phone numbers and other info from the stereo.

Do you guys in USA have something called replacement insurance waiver. It's about an extra $20 a month on the policy and can be had for up to 3 years. If you write off the vehicle the insurance gives you a full refund on what you paid for it. I have it on my new vehicles. Someone I know got a full refund on a write off a while ago using this. It was 6 months old.

You were NOT off-roading and your insurance should cover it ... just made a "road driving mistake".

BUT ... maybe NOT totaled though ...

    LS1 swap with nitros.
You get spoiled with all the flat straight roads in FL… then add in a few curves and elevation and bam.

    glad you’re ok.

    Very high miles for a 21 but I’d say 40k+ local tax… so 42-44k

Sorry that happened to you dude.

Take off your headlights and pro grille and sell it to some sucker here on TW.

Incidentally, I'll take those headlights and grille off ya for a nifty tree fiddy.
