Just got a Renogy flexible 175w solar panel and trying to figure out how I'll mount it. Since the junction boxes face the opposite direction, has anyone ever moved a junction box or figured out some way to extend the cable without plugging an extension in?

you could splice in cable if you're good and careful about weatherproofing the splice. Solder, heat shrink, etc... It's just 10 Ga cable after all. That said, I don't see anything wrong with using an extension.
