Haven’t seen it mentioned, so push for a Diminished Value claim. Your resale value has tanked due to this collision.

Man that really sucks, sorry you have to deal with it, sounds like a serious headache.
Other persons insurance should be footing the bill for your rental as well.
Maybe seek some legal advice if you can't get things to work in your favor? you are the victim in this situation. If you're at risk of losing your job because you cannot get to work due to this situation, someone needs to be held liable for that.

Isn’t it true of any chain or even dealers. One jumps through hoops and deliverers while another you look at the repair and say…. You missed this or why didn’t you. It’s all a luck of the draw

I'm dealing with Caliber Collision in northern VA for my repairs and they are a complete bunch of assholes with terrible communication skills.

I used Caliber through State Farm about a year ago... They were both great.

If you'd prefer it totaled, maybe try a quote from a different body shop, out of State Farm's network, that doesn't give them a 'discount'. :notsure:

I think this is my next step. No plans on ever reselling the truck due to the amount of work, modifications, and time I've put into it. It's either totaled or getting fixed.

I don't think so. Bent frame, bent axle, shredded rear diff, bent shocks, bent leafs, driveshaft probably tweaked
