I have the opposite going on at my location. UPS is the worst, and FedEx is usually the best. Go figure.

Some of the roads in NC will cause pitting of the windshield. My truck windshield is pitted as well.

I am on the same schedule and it has been proven over time to work well.

Same exact problem. When the sun hits my windshield just right it looks like it's covered in tiny specks. I thought it might have been coated or sealed with something, but I've scraped it with a razor blade and it's just the glass. With the exception of a few tiny rock chips, it's as smooth as, well, glass otherwise. Used to live in the desert and have had pitted windshields from sand storms. This is something different. It's almost as if the glass is defective. Really annoying if the light hits it right. Thinking about getting it replaced and I'd like OEM glass, but if it's going to be the same issue, maybe not.

    Anyone else encounter this?

My old Jeep was the same way. Definitely worth the replacement, IMO.

So it turned out to be in the glass itself? Strange.

Also didn't know about the whole recalibration thing. o_O

Ya, it was pitted from rocks, sand, etc.

Also… most insurance companies will replace the windshield for free…. If it’s damaged.

Damn, my '16 Limited only has 6882 miles. Yes, that's correct, no missing digit. Have work vehicle that I drive daily, and work most days, so Yota stays in the garage most days.

Radar mount on rearview is on, TRD radiator cap is on, TRD oil cap and TRD Shift knob all are on. Still need to run the direct wire kit for radar. Little at a time. Also messed with the Mini Cooper. Got a battery installed and she does start up, which I knew, but that idle is all over the place and she sounds bad. Also the fans stay on when you turn key off. My other half worked on cleaning her up some, she is so excited.

A couple of mods. Drilled two new holes on DMM to route cables for my wireless chargers for a cleaner look. Also mounted the mic for radio... Didn't realize the ram mount I got was metal.. just took longer with a grinder and dremel to shape. I have the mounting and wiring to complete

Adjusted the aiming of my foglights (they were about level with my headlights upon install) and gave it a wash for the first time in months.
