Got an inspection

This one's a hell no. I might not bid on this, but here's a better truck if you're good with Access Cab.

Doesn’t hurt to check but again keep in mind that part of the truck gets a lot of spray and some stuff back there is replaceable If you needed too

 

The frame itself doesn't look to bad, considering the difference in the extent of rust between the frame and bumper assembly the frame might have been swapped. I think there is a way to look that up via the VIN number. Transfer case is leaking and the rust on the rear diff and bolt makes me wonder if it has ever been changed. Vibration might be from the lift kit.
$12k seem high. What trim is it? I can tell it's not a TRD OR.

My thoughts too on the frame swap.

 

Seems normal for the year. I would treat the rusted areas that need attention though.
