I'm trying to get a replacement bumper for my center console lid, but apparently Toyota doesn't offer them as a separate part from the lid. Anyone have any ideas where I could source a set of similar bumpers that'll work without having to mod the lid / drill out the holes?

That bumper looks very similar to the bumpers used on glove compartments on older muscle cars. Check out the Chevelle and GTO parts websites.

lol yeah man you're not alone. shit like this drives me up the wall. The worst part is I could've sworn that I saw that little rubber bumper before & stashed it somewhere; tore through all of my 'random crap' stash locations, and yet it never appeared, so I'm extra pissed. I will not rest until I find a solution for it.

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
You will never find hidden/ stashed parts on a direct search .

That is a law of the multi verse only while looking for something else.

Check your local hardware store they many times have something that will work.

i would give you mine but being 20 + years old they most likely just fall apart attempting to remove.

I am not that fussy I would just use a dab of silicone or gorilla tape to stop rattles.
