I am in the process of installing ditch lights on my '14 Tacoma. My question relates to the switch. I am using the AOB (8B76NG) switch. The switch comes with four wires. The (+), (-) and relay are pretty straight forward. My question is about the fourth, the dash illumination lead. The switch is designed so that the bottom icon comes on with the dash lights and the top icon comes on with the power on for the ditch lights. Where can you tie in the dash light connection so that the lower icon on the switch illuminates with the dash lights?

    Thanks

You can tap an adjacent switch for illumination. Another option is run an add a fuse to the fuse box (I used PANEL) for one of my projects but since change to a pigtail harness from the cargo light switch.

Thanks. I think I will start with the add a fuse to the fuse box right below as you suggest. Make sure everything is as I want it before I tap into the wiring harness.
