    Well, the trip was a success! First time ever trying to surf fish at the beach, and added a bunch of new species to the catch list; caught ladyfish, pompano, whiting, saltwater catfish, and blue runner/hardtail. Some days were better than others, but thankfully had something on a hook every day I fished, and damn did those pompano and whiting taste good for dinner!
