Hello all. I'm trying to figure out how to get the fj shifter to fit into the cup holder but it has too much throw. How can I duplicate this picture?

Cut and weld doesn't work because of the throw in the gearbox. The hole I would have to cut would be massive. Does anyone have pictures? RST link for his build is no longer around and that was a picture of his truck.

    None... yet
That one looks like it has the Marlin Crawler Box which is what that first lever by the shifter I believe. The second shifter in the cup holder is the transfer case shifter. Its able to be back there because the crawler box is like 8 or 10 inches long.
You would need to fabricate something like this:

Get a short shift kit for it and it’ll fit.
