I hate to be "that guy" for reviving an understandably dead thread, but I can't find anything elsewhere including youtube...any tips for getting these off without damaging my bumper or breaking the clips? I've read that it's a pain in the ass to remove.

 

I remove the entire grill and have more then enough room after be careful and remove them

 

I replaced mine without removing the bumper. Took my time and used a trim removal tool to remove the bezel. No broken tabs, snapped out the old, snapped in the new.

 

Awesome. I was actually able to reach down in the engine bay to unfasten the tabs from behind. The one time I’m happy I have small arms!
