Tailgate Pad For Bijes

I'm looking for a bike tailgate pad for my 2012. All the ones I have seen online and in stores seem to be for much thicker tailgates. Does anyone here have a tailgate pad that they know works with a 2nd gen?

Also, not absolutely critical, but it would be nice if it doesn't block the backup camera.

Any time I move more bikes than I can fit cornerwise in the bed, I fold up a moving blanket and hold it on with a couple ratchet straps with the buckles on the inside of the gate. It doesn't look cool but it works and it's free, and I can keep the blanket edge free of the camera.

 

I got a Yakima tailgate pad, fits nice Ish.
