Hard to diagnose engine rattle

    2013 here with 125K miles... I've got this rattle that I can't figure out in the engine bay. At idle you can't hear it at all but when you shift to drive and the rpm's drop below 1K it's got this horrible rattle coming from what sounds like the pulley area but it's really hard to tell. If you shift back to neutral it stops and if you drive off and get the truck above 1,200 RPM it stops. It also seems to go away once the truck is warm. Any ideas?

    I did take out every heat shield so unless it's the cat cores i'm not sure what else it could be.
