Solar powered usb for security front dash cam?

    I see no reason why a solar powered battery usb wouldnt work....do you?

    I would like to have cam on constantly...tthat way if my truck is setting/parked...the cam will be able to record 24/7...

    Don't some dash cams already do this without the need for some sort of solar hook up? Are you concerned your battery will be drained?

    No...the cam i have is powered on when truck is started...it will not record when truck isnt running...so my thinking is to buy solar powered usb with atleast 32,000ma...and it would recharge itself constantly allowing for cam to stay on constantly..

    My cam goes to clock display after 5 minutes even when working normally ,but is still recording continuously.
