Are these jackstands high enough?

    also i might add 2 ton jack only holds 4000lbs i believe the 3rd gen weighs 4500lbs , i wouldnt cheap out just get the $80 jack

    Those were jack stands (good idea).
    I’d spend some money, cheap is NOT where you want to be

    They are fine for supporting the axle or control arms. I think these would even reach the frame.

    3 tons is better, no jack ever supports the entire weight of the truck, but you need overhead.

    Spend a little more coin and get some heavier duty ones. Isn't your noggin worth a little more ? If you are planning to use all 4 on an asphalt drive way, consider putting paver stone under in case one sinks and truck fall off while you are painting your wheels.
