I have a 3" procomp lift I had installed on my truck about 6 years ago. My ride seems to be getting a bit harsh and was thinking about replacing my shocks. I also purchased a camper to take the family camping with. So it'll start having a bit of a load pulling behind.

Youtube started throwing geometry at me to figure out the size shock I need. I avoid advanced math like the plague. lol

Can I get any shock designed for a 3" lift on my taco?

Toytec.com They have plenty of coilover options that will provide 3” of lift.

I already have the lift. I was looking to replace my shocks. I just wasn’t sure what size shocks I need to get for a 3” lift

Is it the kit that used coils to achieve the lift or the spacers on top?

    Budget?

With towing you want the rear to have a rake and for the front suspension to have travel. So ideally you should reduce the front lift to 2” otherwise you’ll have no down travel when towing and very light steering.

I’d say look at how much it squats when towing and you’ll see what I mean.

We use a weight distribution setup. So it only sags about 1” on the front and back. I just wanted to research my options for getting a more comfortable ride.
