Hi all, I was doing the ac drain and diff breather mods the other weekend and when I got under the truck, I saw this foam piece stuck on the top of front skid plate. Seems to have fallen from the engine bay?

Anyone know where this could have come from? Any help appreciated!

I’m not sure but seems more likely it came from the roadway and got stuck on your truck

Remains to be seen I bought the tires and wheels the rest came along
Looks like a piece of self sticking foam !!

Not a Stock piece who knows what a former owner might have done.

It might have been used to quiet a rattle rather then fix the problem . Any New strange noises??

    Splashed up from road dirt.

Huh that's really weird since I am the first and only owner of the vehicle. No new noises that have noticed. Thanks for the help though!

That looks like a seal from the radiator/condenser area or opening.

No clue about your truck specifically but my first gen taco has that foam along the bottom of the radiator.
