09 transmission coolant line

hi
anyone here had any issue with the transmission coolant line leaking? My rotted out..
I brought it to my mechanic, he replaced the line and hose..I cleaned the skid plates... I noticed it still leaking, well its pooling a little areas on the skids plates, not sure on where else it is coming from.... IIm going to bring it back to him tomorrow to look at this again...
my truck is literally rotting away... is there leak detection for this? thx

 

This may sound out of left field but try this.

Clean everything where you think the leak is coming from, now the out of left field.

Purchase some spray deodorant that has powder in it, might find it in the woman's area of the store the powder will attach itself to the leak, sort of like a die detector (result is similar to how you check for an AC leak).

It sounds crazy but it's a cheap solution for the result you're looking for as the powder is usually white not invisible and the $$$ is minable outlay.
