Hello fellow Taco and 4x4 enthusiasts! I'm in the Littlteton, CO area. New to posting, but long time "read-a-post-for-what-I-need-like-3-times-a-year" fan of Tacomaworld! Decided to finally stop lurking lol. The pic is my 2006 TRDSport SB. I'm not a huge fan of the bulgy front end of the 3rd gens, and feel it's probably good advice to not buy the 2024 just yet... I decided to begin embarking on what will be a long journey to make my 2006 a daily driver/ medium difficulty trail 4x4 crawling machine! Only just beginning it all though really with some headlights/tailights, and front grill last week... would love to join in with a group of crawlers for a trip sometime too so feel free to invite!

Lol Pchop No doubt you're right there will be tears along the way... I guess I kinda figure any truck I actually use will have its issues that arise. $16k or so should get her decent between paint or wrap and suspension/leafs and maybe a new engine entirely, eventually. But that's still 1/3rd the cost of something like a 2022-2023... i dunno it seems so plausible!?
    (Famous last words)
Ps. That was supposed to be *Littleton* CO
