I’ve got some ‘popping’ noises in the rear when I go over speed bumps or any uneven terrain. So was looking under and just noticed it!

    Thanks!!!

Are you talking about where the bed is mounted to? I know I see some frame (patch panel) work done. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of clearance for shock travel?.. maybe someone else will chime in soon....

Yes! The bar that is mounted to the underside of the bed.
The frame on both sides have been reinforced with an outer panel.

If something is funky about the shocks too let me know! Thank you!
Still learning about everything so it’s all very much appreciated.
I do have a weird suspicion that my rear shocks aren’t right…they are new within the year but it doesn’t feel much smoother than before when going over bumps or things haha

Yeah I understand, I just went out but it’s getting dark here but I looked at mine it looks Similar to yours from the side pic you took. I would get under there see if the shocks might be loose where they are mounted too possibly, did the truck make a popping noise prior to having them installed if not then deff something up with the shocks I guessing

Yeah it was making the sound before I got the new shocks unfortunately. I’ll crawl back under there tomorrow and try and get a closer look at things.
Thanks for the advice! Appreciate it
