So after that I have determined that I need 1" wheel spacers, as it sits. I want to wait until I put on the new rims and tires after I lift it to 4".
Here are the rims and tires.
    upload_2023-6-12_23-13-21.png
I may or may not need the spacers, I talked to a guy that did pretty much what I am going to do and he doesn't have spacers, so I am thinking the new rims and tires take care of the 1" needed.

Before I do the rims and tires, music is a priority so I am ordering this this week, if anyone has any experience with these I could use some knowledge, this is what everyone says everyone is getting. The back which would be the front of the cart has a lightbar. I am going to wire it direct to the battery or my USB bank I made.

For the USB bank I 3m doub sided taped this to in a spot tucked away under the steering wheel shaft on the driver side, it only had two ports, one on each side of the glove box, so I added this to the drivers side, if I need more I will add one to the passenger side.

Next up is the steering wheel, it had a standard golf cart wheel, didn't like that so I put this on.

The next thing I did was got those tap to turn on stick up lights that are 3AA. Found out tonight that they aren't good for this application as the bouncing makes them fall off, lost one completely, gone. Another fell off and I was able to retrieve it, but they got to go. They were only $15 dollars so not to upset about it. I am thinking of LED strip lighting on a remote. I dont want it for when I am driving but at night you need interior lighting looking for something.

The next cheap mod I am doing is where the golf clubs sit on the floor in the back needs to be leveled for a watertight box for necessities you need all the time. So I bought a husky water tight box, I need to paint it black to hide it kinda. To level it I got some star board so I can level it and put a lip on it, and screw down a thin rubber mat so it doesn't slide out. Thats this weekend I think.
I'll get the speaker next Monday.

Hell no man, I am serious. I live in fucking FL for fucks sake. Thats how we have happy hour, cruising the neighborhood on our golf carts, taking them fishing, etc.

Nope, they don't let jacked up off road tires on the courses, at least not the ones I play. You need turf tires. Plus, there are only 3 courses close enough for me to get to on it and none of them allow it the way it is or will be. Strictly an past time mobile driving to friends houses, the bars, grocery store, etc.
We had to get it street legal because they started cracking down, so now instead of them all being safe in our neighborhood not going out around town, they made us spend money to get them street legal and register them and get insurance. So whats going to happen inevitably? Fuckit, I am paying to drive it on a road, I am oing to drive it on a road.

Yeah, I have a buddy that has a friend who is a master cart mechanic or something along those lines, anyhow he is going to tweak the governor so I can do atleast 35 mph. I dont do that in the hood, but there is one road you should be moving that fast as thats the speed limit on it.

For reference this is my neighborhood. Only two ways in and out other than by boat. Plenty of miles to drive around, plus the park.

This is as far as I will go on it though.

Anyone else been watching the LeMans? Case you guys don’t know, we put a NASCAR in it. Jimmy Johnson and a couple other drivers are doing it.

I watched the vid, he was able to pass some other car that did not look like the insane purpose built Porsches or Ferraris. Quite the diverse lineup.

Isn't the purpose of LeMans to test out new and innovative ideas? :notsure:
