3.5 but the stock circuit is fused at 10 amps. The supertones are 5.5 and definitely require a relay

I upgraded my factory horns with these ones. Plug right into the stock harness, just need to make a ground harness.

I put a set of PIAA Superior Bass horns in my truck, with a separate plug and play adaptor harness I found on Amazon I got them as directly bolted and wire din where the stock horns were before. Not really louder than stock but they have a deeper tone and definitely stand out compared to the stock horns on Tacomas (side benefit is I instantly know if an alarm going off is mine or not).

i ran supertones off the factory circuit for a year. they worked, sounded more grown up.

but then i got bored, and added an air horn, which needed a relay kit-- otherwise it blew the horn fuse.

now i'm running the hella supertone 300hz low tone, with the air horn. the air horns a little pitchy, the low tone horn helps balance it out for a definitely-authoritative HEY!

i use it sparingly, many times use is met with either laughter or thumbs up.
