@Dm93 what type batteries was it you said to look for when going with a power station?
You’ve told me a couple times, but I always forget.

Also, what one do you have?

It would work. There is a YouTuber called city prepping. He does really detailed reviews on portable battery generators. I recommend watching his work.

Bluetti is a great brand for a power station. They use modern LifePo4 batteries instead of lithium ions like alot of other companies (Jackery) use. The LifePo4 batteries will last many more charging cycles without degradation.

I went with the Lithium Iron Phosphate battery powered one, they are safer and have better cycle life than Lithium Ion cells.
I'm just not big on having that many Lithium Ion cells stacked together, all it takes is one bad cell and up in flames it goes.
LiFePO batteries are more stable and don't tend to catch fire nearly as easily and standard Lithium Ion cells can.
The downside is they cost a bit more and have a lower energy density.

I bought an Anker Powerhouse 535, I mainly use it to run a refrigerated ice chest when I'm away from power.

    I have the Bluetti eb70s.
Had it since March. Took it to Moab, family trip to Minnesota and 2 weekend TW camping/offroading trips.
Use it to power my Iceco refrigerator, charge cellphones and charge GMRS handheld radios.
It has not let me down.
