These are very well made pieces. The install is very easy and straight forward. They do come with 2 safety screws and a special removal tool so that they cant easily be removed.

My only gripe, and its a big one, the front does not bolt in place. There is a rubber bumper however the rattle is still very noticeable. It is a light rattle but it is always there when moving. I am considering some metal wiring or something to stop the rattle.

Waiting on mine to get here. Sucks to hear about the rattle. @CaliRaisedLed is adamant they don’t rattle in their response.

    I hope mine don’t rattle.

They will rattle, and once you notice, it never leaves your ears.

I'm considering getting rid of them, or some roofing straps or something to keep them up tight. It's quite annoying. Its just loud enough to catch your attention and then its all I hear.

I think mine will ship this week. I think their 2-week lead time was a bit optimistic.

I was considering these two pieces. But if it rattles it’s a deal breaker for me. I don’t even like listening to the passenger seat belts rattle lol

It is not a rattle like metal on metal, its the rubber bumper rubbing and bumping against the metal on the truck. Its annoying but not a deal breaker.

    Mine don't rattle.

All things considered my truck has sound deadening in the doors plus I did the pool noodle trick. With the radio off it rides nice and quiet...for a rattletrap Tacoma.

Now I'm not sure whether it is despite the extra sound barriers or because of it, but I can't hear nor feel any rattle coming up from the floorboard. Mine are solid.

Maybe a little rattle is better than this.

My cat protector also makes some noise. But only in D and in idle. I also found an issue with the passenger side one of metal hose shrouding is hitting the cat causing identation. I put some tape and tightwrap to avoid movement.IMG_2828.jpg
