    Getting tired of having to reach out and ask why such and such hasn't shipped yet. If you don't have it, or know it's now going to be a 8 week wait... Just tell me. Just send me an email or something. Don't make me have to reach out and ask for updates on every item. I now need to ask them about another item that was "in stock" and never shipped it was due in yesterday. FedEx label was created. FedEx never got the item.

    Really fed up with them by now. I've started to just use their site to find what I want, it's got a good interface, but now I'll buy it from literally anywhere else. Tired of getting dicked around.

    What are some good alternatives?

    I ordered just a single patch over a two weeks ago and keep getting the same "we are moving into warehouse" response. They have lost my business.

    I ordered the ajt cup holder inserts 2 weeks ago and a patch and haven't heard anything from them yet, no response to my emails either. Deff won't be ordering anything again from them.

    What's your idea of expediting shipment? Can I expect to see this order by the weekend or should I expect to see it late next week? If you could Email me a update or something that would be much appreciated.

    I generally refrain from negative posts on here as they don't always seem very productive, but... I have placed numerous orders with @tacomalifestyle over the years, and other than a few hiccups, have never had an issue. That said my most recent order has been frustrating to say the least. I placed an order on 6/3 and received a shipping notification on 6/5. The USPS tracking info provided showed no activity other than "label has been created" so I checked in on 6/7 only to receive the "fantastic news" about the new warehouse and faster shipping with no mention of my order or the delay. I reached out again on the 8th and the 12th looking for an answer to my original question about my order and didn't receive any response until the 13th after opening another ticket. I was told that my order would be packed and shipped that day. I finally received an actual shipping confirmation on the 15th, 10 days after I received the first shipping confirmation. With the Juneteenth holiday, the order finally arrived on the 20th. Needless to say I was happy to have the order and move on. However, upon opening the box I realized that the wrong product had been shipped.....Grrrr. I reached out right away via my original ticket asking for a R/A and a replacement product shipped with expedited delivery. I still have not heard anything from @tacomalifestyle. I understand delays in shipping due to the move, but the lack of transparency with expected shipping times, lackluster follow-up, and an overall impression that no one cares are what is pissing me off. I would caution anyone planning on ordering from @tacomalifestyle and will most likely never order anything else from them.

    I need to add to this as well @tacomalifestyle I have been waiting for any update on my Avs bugflector for almost two weeks now… order number is #95594. I really wish you guys had a customer service number it would really expedite this process. I really want to like you guys but no update makes me reluctant to want to place future orders.

    Totally understand everyone’s frustration. I put in an order 5/28 and it was delivered 6/1. So it’s not all bad. I would order again. Sounds like there are some growing pains. I own a business I get it. Sometimes you just drop the ball. Seems like they are trying to make right.

    Your site doesnt allow apple pay except on safari. Firefox/Chrome is a no go. But it seems you guys may have other things to sort out first.
