Anyone got first hand experience with this one trying to determine if i should i’ll the trigger as i’m noticing some light dimming with my sub setup

 

Honestly not a bad price for premade cables. Do the 1/0 and not the 2.

Follow up question: how big is your aftermarket system? At a certain point, you will max out the alternator and will still get diMming and eventually kill your battery.

 

Currently ive got an RE Audio CTX 4200.1 with a sundown SD-4 10 D2.

Im not sure what that puts me down as far as power i doubt its that much with just the one sub but when it comes to audio I'm still learning. The amp says RMS is 1500W at 1Ohm and the sub max output is 600W but idk how much its actually putting to the sub in reality

 

If you’ve set your gains on the amp correctly to only send 600w rms to the sub, you shouldn’t be having too many dimming problems in the first place. With that amp, you may be at risk of blowing your sub soon so make sure your gains are set right for that lower power subwoofer
