I have ARB front air lockers that haven’t been used in over a year. Do I need to be doing maintenance or anything to keep everything running well? Or keeping the truck in good shape overall? Will not maintaining them ruin other aspects of the drivetrain? Any advice appreciated. 2017 TRD OR

I wouldn't think not engaging the ARB for awhile would affect it, but your truck may be another story.
You should be exercising the truck's 4x4 one in awhile too (infact the OM suggests putting it in 4x4 at least once per month to keep the actuators lubricated). While doing this, hit the front locker switch once or twice. Done.

You should actuate it every so often to verify the actuation system is in order, pump works, and it hasn't developed any leaks or damage. Other than that there's nothing to really maintain other than changing the diff oil every so often.

If you want to spin the ring gear and carrier through the oil you can do that in 2wd by locking the diff *when stopped* and driving like normal.

Do not lock the diff while moving and in 2wd. You can lock it while moving when in 4wd just don't be spinning tires and let off the throttle a bit.
