Dave , I should add your other sleep options (cheaper) are chairs in the lounge deck (common bathrooms with showers IIRC), or pitching a tent on the fantail sundeck.

She might be traumatized for life. She’s slept with me every night since she was 8 weeks old. She’s 5 years old now. Maybe I’ll be the one traumatized

When I was 15-16 we'd get somebody to buy us some cherry sloe gin (or peach Schapps) and we mix it with sodas from Godfather's and play those games. My brother had the Pac-Man pattern figured out, he'd never lose unless he was too drunk.


I wonder if there's still such a thing as cherry sloe gin?

I didn’t get them, since I already had an aquarium and an ant farm. However, I did purchase the “pellet gun” which was essentially a plastic gun that shot bb size foamish plastic pellets.

 

Fun fact:
“Sea Monkeys” are actually a hybrid species of brine shrimp. We have several salt lakes in my area that have them. A company I once worked for got a 6 figure fine for dumping oilfield produced water into one of the lakes. We were apparently disrupting their natural environment. “We didn’t know” was not an acceptable response.
