I did think about that after you guys started discussing it, how I have everything in my truck set up perfectly for how I use it. All the stuff on the referenced truck is really cool, but a lot of it would get in my way.

 

Nah, you're fine. I mean, it's great for someone who wants to get into offroading and wants a turnkey vehicle. A lot of us like it because we enjoy doing the research and putting in the work, but not everyone finds joy in that. Pricing is a little high, but for someone looking for a turnkey adventure vehicle, it's not too shabby

 

Nothing wrong with posting it. Who knows, maybe someone who lurks on here will buy it lol

 

That is a good point. All the research for parts and gear and buying that stuff, then driving my truck (a lot), are my two big hobbies. I freely admit I don’t have the mechanical skills to do much modding myself but I love customizing the truck.

I was telling the wife the other day that we should get a donkey.

And by ride it, I mean fall flat on my face and get laughed it.


But seriously, why a donkey?

 

On our trip to and from Montana, there was a lot of googling “is it legal to own (insert animal)” as we drove past all the wildlife lol

 

I always thought they were cool.

 

Just booked a hipcamp at a farm where the animals are free to walk around the camp site - dunno about donkeys but pigs, cows, goats and others just kinda wander around the camp site. Here’s one pic from the place.

That reminds me of the KOA that I rough camped at in Gunnison, CO. They had all sorts of farm animals that walked around the property, but the donkeys were the loudest. One night/early morning one of them was trying to poke it's head into the back of the 4runner where I was sleeping. It scared the poo out of me, I came *THIS* close to squeezing off a round into it's head...
