Does anyone know if the 2017 Access Cab came prewired for a power slider even if it does not have a power slider? I know a lot of optional equipment is prewired and sometimes plug and play!

Welcome to the forum. I don’t know about the wiring under the dash but when I sound proofed the back wall there wasn’t any wiring there. IMG_0500.jpg

I might be freak with extremely flexible shoulder joints but I can just reach back and open/close the window easily with my right hand.

Well it was worth asking if anyone had done this before. Thanks for posting.

    welcome
I think there was an old thread where someone added this, and from my not so good memory, this is far far from a plun-n-play project.

FYI: even before I put my bed topper on, I didn't use this little window,,, I don't on my company truck either, it's of little use to me.

If I remember right from years ago it wasn't easy or affordable. It would be a cool feature but I am able to reach and open/close it even when driving..

I appreciate everyone trying to recommend that I could manually open it, however, shoulder injury and subsequent surgery would make me only have to go thru suffering once to install it, not every time I open the window.
