That’s good size and only took 10 mins?
Hell, this lil rose will only take couple mins I would think going off size comparison!

Your sunflower looks great! Wouldn’t have known it was a cover up situation!

Yeah I don’t even think it took 10 mins. It was quick and over. Hurt like a mf’er tho lol. Gave me a squishy ball to squeeze.

    I didn't get a squishy ball...

I will say though, my longest session came the day after my Aunt passed away... If you're the type to bottle shit up, a solid 15 min laser session will unpack all of it for ya.
I think I was there for almost an hour, ugly crying (Thankfully Hannah is a wonderful and amazing person and just let me get it all out between zaps and numbing). Completely shot my whole "yeah I sleep during tattoos cause its a therapy session for me" persona.

I've slept in many MRI machines but not during chair time..not sure I could; then again, my artist is a dear friend so it's more like hanging out.

I've had guys that it literally felt like they were filleting me, the guy that did my last one was so light handed I couldn't believe it was possible.

I’m good friends with my artist, she knew when I was coming from a shift to expect me to zonk, so I’ve kinda done all of it, stayed up and talked, watched a movie, rocked out to music, and sleep.

Came from an over night shift for my leg, 6hrs later she woke me up for a break, we come back and all she does is wipe off my leg and that was that. Adrenaline wore off.

I can never see "Wayne's World" without remembering us both watching and quoting along to it whilst she did my Bullwinkle skull tattoo.

Lemme put it this way. I was in Cancun Mexico. This tattoo guy had the most badass Mayan and Aztec designs. Then I said to myself, "You are in the sun, the surf and the pool? You are going to come home with a stain."

I would not... open wound ya know...

I went fishing after one of mine, but it was tega-derm'd and then I threw a bandana over it so it wasn't exposed to the sun. That's about the closest I'd get to "water activities"

    I cancelled it:(

What’s your (or anyone’s) advice on should I wait until late September when boating season is over or she could get me in Aug 15 and I have to stay off the water for 2 weeks then after that I’d use sunblock?

Sunblock is not going to help a 2 week old tattoo.
