2 questions, What should I pay to have the off-road suspension installed on my sr5 if I already have the parts? And Can I run method 701’s on 255 85 16 the methods are 16x8 0mm offset 4.5 backspace. Thanks for your help

Who is suggesting you do? I would not, the OR suspension is nothing more than different shocks.
I dunno on the wheels n tires,,, that's an endless discussion, and daily question here.

That wheel tire combo should work. I'm assuming you don't do your own suspension work. I'd just shop around for different quotes and go with the lowest. You're going to get variable guesses on here.

Gotcha just wanted a ballpark estimate I’ll get the quote and comeback but yeah i see mixed reviews on the 255 85 16. I know they work on the offroad wheels.

Question your source of information. The OR shocks are Bilsteins, and they are the least firm of the 3rd gen Tacoma offering (sans Pros). I believe the Limited Sport trim has the most firm of the stock shocks, and want to say they are made by someone else.
There is lots of help here. I would post specifically what your goals are here and you will get some help.

I gotchu I have someone near me that’s selling the bilsteins for 150 brand new taken off the truck brand new. So i figured if i could upgrade my hitachis i would. I’m more concerned about my wheel tire setup. I think the 255 85 16’s loook badass. I would like to run them on method 701’s am worried about rub.

The O/R Bilstein's are a HUGE upgrade over the Hitachis. If you are getting full coilovers up front, the install is very easy and shouldn't take more than 15-20 min per side (But if it's shocks only, it's a little more involved as you need to compress the springs to swap the shocks). The rears are even easier. Not sure what a shop would charge, but anything over an hour of labor is too much if they're assembled front units IMO. I'd feel guilty charging more than $100 for it.

Wheel and tire combo should be fine as well.

Would be worth getting the alignment checked afterwards due to how sensitive these front ends are.
