Alright so my trucks is a 2011 4wd and I just redid the whole front end except tie rods and sway bar links so it shouldn’t that. Im having semi harsh vibes in my peddle and in my seat when coming to a stop. Sometimes when going higher speeds like 70 is vibrates to along with at about 50mph it kinda bounces. Im thinking it’s maybe a u joint or something in my rear end maybe the rear wheel bearings. Toyota shop said my u joints and driveshaft are fine and that my 22x12 wheels could be the problem but I know its not because it just started doing at after I’ve had them. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

It sounds like you might have warped rotors.

If it happens when braking and you can feel it in the brake pedal it is probably warped rotors. U-joints usually vibrate while accelerating IME.

If not those 2 I'd suspect wheels that are out of round or cannot be balanced.

What is whole front end - wheel bearings and what parts in brakes?
Please clarify were the tires and wheels on for some time before this all started or right after install?
What size/make/rated tires and any cupping, spacer size, and what psi are you running?
Were the tires road force balanced (tells you where to move tire around on wheel to counter weigh conditions and tells you if the tire is so bad don't use/too far out of round/weight).
    Shock age/condition and CVs?
3" lift so new UCAs for correct alignment?
Can you rule out rear end issues such as old springs, shocks, blocks, driveline angle?

Sounds like a problem with the front brake rotors. Replace them. The big heavy wheels aren't helping with over-all brake heat either
