First time getting the 4cyl out on the trail! Other than some 265/75/16 Goodyear Ultra- terrains, this truck is bone stock. What a capable little machine...

'Slow but fun' - applies to my 2.7L 5 speed manual as well. I'll add practical and fuel efficient for a mid sized 4WD truck.

Welcome to TW. Nice truck! The 2.7 four cylinder is a great engine.

    I like it.

But lets see some trails. I've lived on city streets just as bad as the road in your picture. :D (seriously)

    Looks great man!

Honestly it’s nice to get outside, drop it in 4-lo, engage the slush box and just enjoy the ride!

You’ll show up in camp more relaxed that the guy (me) who has the MT and has been beating my clutch and spilling my cold tasty beverage while trying to drive, hahahaha

If you could do it again would you spend the money on that Softopper?

    Please do thanks,
I’m more interested in shade transporting the dog in a kennel back there than security,

Softopper is a lot cheaper than an Alu-Cab Explorer canopy!
