    My passenger door will not unlock manually, with the key or the fob. Is the lock actuator shot? Thanks

    Welcome to the forum!

    Sounds like a linkage problem.

    The door should always open with the key.

    If The battery is dead and the doors are locked you need to get into the vehicle.
