    Greetings all,
I've searched a for this a bit but haven't found the solution yet.
It seems every summer I've had the blower motor issue with no low and medium speeds, so I've replaced the resistor a few times and it fixed the problem.
This time I've lost all blower speeds (no high). I've replaced the blower motor, resistor and connector plug at the resistor but no luck. I've also checked the fuses in the cab, the relay, and the 50 amp fuse, all are good.
I pulled the climate control knob panel and connector. It does have a burnt spot on one wire and the back of the panel. I tried cleaning it a bit and adding some di-electric, but still no luck.
What would you guys check next?
    Thanks

Bench test the blower to see that it works.

You should have 12 VDC at the blower motor connector all the time when the truck is on even when the blower is turned off. It is controlled by switching the ground connection.

If you are missing the 12 VDC at the 2 wire motor connector - Check the IG1 NO2 Fuse and the 50 Amp Heater Fuse.

I was having problems as well. My fan speed and AC button weren’t working for me all the time. If I hit the control panel they would work.

try slapping or hitting the controls lightly and see if it works. If it does it’s probably the control panel.

You can get used panels on eBay for like $140 to $180. They are like $1400+ at dealer. I’m waiting for mine to show up in mail.

Edit: I’m not responsible if you break the control panel. Just telling you work worked for me and how I think I found MY problem.

So, I've replaced the blower motor (bench tested), resistor + pigtail, fuses (though all checked good), and control switch (ebay).
I have power at the switch (yellow) but no power at the blower itself (Black-Yellow wire).
I've swapped the heater relay and checked for 12v on terminals 1&5, all appears good.
    Any ideas? Thanks

    Did you check IA4?

It's right behind the kick panel on the driver's side, you have to remove the scuff plate and kick panel.

The circuit is simple and if you do not have power on the black wire with yellow stripe at the blower motor there are only a few means of failure.

50 Amp Heater Fuse >> Heater Relay Contacts 5 to 3 >>IA4 Connector >> Blower Motor Black / Yellow Wire.

Not much to fail 50 amp Heater Fuse, Heater Relay, IA4 Connector Loose or the IG1 No2 10 Amp Fuse. Or a cut wire...

Thanks for the replies. It was a burnt IA4 connection (which was hard to access with my meat-hook hands).
I bent the burnt connection tab and pressed it in a little better, and all works.
I couldn't see it well but I believe the female connector is burnt also.
Given the difficult location, I may end up bypassing the IA4 connector with a soldered connection (only on the Black-Yellow wires).

Where can I get the wiring harness pigtail with connector that plugs into the blower for a 2013? My blower stopped working the other day and when moved the wires just a little bit, the blower came back on. I unplugged the connector and it has some burn marks on it. I'm assuming I'll have to get a new pigtail and splice it in unless there is a better alternative.

    Amazon has them.
The biggest issue is the wire size is not the same as the OE wires.
Lots of guys have used them with no problems. But it’s something to be aware of.

If you want the same wire sizes, you need order the connector and wires separately.
