2002 Tacoma J hook 4x4 not working

    Hey guys, my 2002 Tacoma s runner 4x4 has stopped working. I noticed the line going to it was broken. After discovering that was not a vacuum line, just a vent. I took the acuator apart to find it was full of rust. Water must’ve gotten in from the broken line. So I ordered a new acuator, and still not working. Which parts of the plug do I test for power ? The fuse is good, but there must be some “switch” that the j hook uses. I appreciate any help, thanks !
