When you did your triple shifters did you do a short throw shifter for the transmission? I just did the urd short shifter on mine but was wondering if you made yours work without a short shifter.

I just used the stock shifter, but I bent it towards the dash a little

Did you press your pulley on with a shop press? No risk of damaging the pump?

Nooo, I wouldn't use a press. I used a pulley install tool, it threads into the pump shaft and has a bearing and a nut that presses the pulley on. You can rent one at a parts store

Got a few boxes of goods today. I was going back and forth on making my own brackets since I have a CNC plasma table and press brake. Then I'd have to buy sticks of DOM, and piece together some joints. But for the price, it just made sense to go with the Barnes Enduro kit to save me some time. Plus their joints are beefy and rebuild kits are only like $15! Got one for the front and one for the rear along with their 4 foot tube kits. Feel like I should tip the FedEx guy next time I see him after watching him lug the tubes and boxes up the driveway on camera. Gotta get the frame plated so I can start mocking some stuff up! Ive got the front axle under the truck working thru placement, looks like pushing it 1.5-2" forward makes the most sense for pumpkin clearance and tire placement.

Got a bit done today. Driver's side frame is plated and pulled the rear axle, leafs, and shocks out. I've got everything I need to start positioning the axles and links. Just need to make time to do it

I cannot for the life of me get that gear puller to work to take the pulley off. It always walks and falls over. Tried putting it in a vice like you did, but no luck. How’d you get it to work??

How's things coming along? I've been looking forward to some updates. I'm hoping to have a similar build in the next year or two.
