Considering dual cases on my 5vz manual with push button 4wd actuator.

What options do I have to NOT have my push button shifter in the cupholder? For the life of me, I can't seem to find info on this. Edit: ELI5 please... i'm new to the duals world.

I know there are stick extensions for the j shift cases. Are there similar options for electronic shift or is my only option to swap to a j shift case?

Pic is from the MC site of the push button in the cupholder. Not terrible but not ideal.
