Caliraised says to install the stealth bumper (if you have trd skid) you need to trim (cut) 2” off the trd skid…. Anyone here already do this? If so can I see pics. Looking for cut line reference. Thanks.

Well, that is part of it. Not everything is plug and play, bolt on, etc.

I understand that looking for where the cut needs to be since bumper won’t be here for a few weeks.

Sure glad I read this before I purchased the Caliraised bumper. Thats a deal breaker for me.

Looks like its back to the SSO bumper for me.

The Victory 4x4 Blitz looks similar and doesn't require that I think.

I think the caliraised is the cleanest looking one after install. Skid plate not a big deal. I can get something else or cut this one at my buddies machine shop. Was just curious where exactly they consider the 2” mark - from leading edge bend down or 2” after the bend.

I’ll send them a msg for clarification. Just figured someone did this already.
    Thanks.

Yea, let us know what they say. Seems like they should’ve just cut their bumper to clear the skid plate though..

I agree. Could have been “notched” I believe - I’ll let you know. I’m 3-4 weeks lead time so 2-3 weeks left to wait on it

Cleanest install I mean this area in the pics. No edge guard stuff.
