I sure could use some help. Stolen then recovered truck got me hurt and lost.

Aloha anyone. My 09 pre runner got jacked and molested. Cost me a grand to get her from the tow yard here in Hawaii. I had a spare key ( they got the OG but I’ll cross that road later). She started up, so I shut her down. Coolant was empty. Front grill smashed and found some parts laying about the engine compartment. I had to put water from the hose in the radiator to drive the 30 miles home.
Before I get into all the things, can anyone identify the part? ( I have a blue driver diagnostic tool, that led me to things that don’t look like what the pic of the thing is.

this is my first victim situation, and I don’t know where to start, except the plates before the saftey check expires.

 

Your truck gets stolen so they charge you to get it out impound? Shouldn't the son of a bitch who stole it to begin with be forced to pay that?

 

Yes! But o can’t fix that more than I can fix my truck! Help??

Toyota calls it a vacuum reservoir, it's just a pulse dampener for the EVAP system.

I’m sure to find more. I have a BlueDriver diagnostic set up. It gave me codes for the Mass air flow sensor. CH02 heater control.
Vapor canister purge solenoid.

I haven’t found a coolant leak and can’t figure out the lack of coolant. I can’t image the cooling system is just okay..I’ll find out later.
As for the insurance, just had liability… changed it from comprehensive after I paid off the bank note.. groceries ooutwayed the gamble… for a few years!
