I was able to find this Tacoma 02 2wd in excellent condition on Craigslist with only 136k mi.

What are some good mods to do?

Needing new shocks due to a slight bounce on the road, any recommendations?

Oh that’s tempting with some chrome 15’s or powder coating OEM wheels black. West coast style!

How do those 4600’s feel? I actually am looking to order some to get rid of a bouncy ride. Sweet truck :infantry:btw!

4600s are great. They are easy to install (see youtube videos). But I did need to file down the top threads on in order get a wrench around them to tighten them. Otherwise they spin when tightening. Strange.

I replaced alot of the plastic on my truck too: Mud flaps, window sills, wind deflectors and brake/turn signals lights etc. I also added an after market quality rear chrome bumper, chrome grill and found an OEM chrome front bumper at a chrome shop. All of these small swaps had the overall effect of making the truck look new.
