I have an 02’ base model 2WD taco thats 5 lug, and under sprung in the back. Is there any way to lift it? I’ve been looking for a while and haven’t been able to really find anything. Mainly because it’s a 5 lug and under sprung

Head over to the 5 lug section, you'll find more help there.

Add a leafs or lift shackles will still lift a spring under truck.
If you want to go higher you can weld new perches on top of the axle and relocate the springs on top. You will need to weld on new shock mounts if you go that direction.
