I see lots of post regarding which type of o-ring seals to use for the condenser/ hard lines. I have yet to find a straight forward answer lol.

just did my condenser… need to put seals on the 2 hard lines coming off of it (bottom left & top right)

do I use the metal washer/rubber seal or just a straight o-ring? I had a green o-ring on the top right & it held pressure fine, but the bottom left line with regular green o-ring keeps blowing out when I fill the system.

When I rebuilt my AC I bought all the parts from Denzo and bought the seals from Toyota
    They were the OEM seals

HNBR or Buna, viton doesn't play well with the oils used in R-134 systems.

What kind of pressure are you seeing ??

You might have a blockage causing a rapid increase ?
