I just listed a 2004 Tacoma for sale for $2500. It has a rotted frame, but only 124K miles on the engine. I love this truck, and hate to see it go. Is it abetter idea to have the frame replaced? Also, if I listed it on Facebook, do I have the right to change my mind?

I think you should change the frame and keep it. I see frames all over for sale. Get them frame have it coated with either Line-X or KSB and drive it forever. Yes you have the right to change your mind.

What condition is the truck? v6 double cab? Unless it's a rare model you'd be better off buying a southern one with less rust and spending the money to fix it up.
