Turning into a parking lot and all of a sudden I hear tires and next thing I know, I am sideways!
Dude had some speed in that car and kicked me a good 90 degrees.
Left side of the bed corner hit the back of the cab and the bed is kicked to the left a bit and a little high on the left rear corner.
She drives straight as ever, unsure if the frame is bent or just the body parts crooked. Got an estimate on it for insurance yesterday and should get the final word on what they think. Going to have their insurance kick me a check and replace what I need to replace with aftermarket parts (depending on what needs to be replaced)

Yeah, scared me when he connected, but we both walked away with no injuries. He hit pretty hard and I was super impressed with my truck.
The rear of the bed is kicked about an inch and a half to the right, but looking at the bed bolts, it looks like it just shifted. I am assuming that if the frame was bent then I would feel it driving, but feels great.

Look under your truck where the trailer hitch attaches to the frame rails. Do they look straight?

Glad you are OK. As a paramedic, 90% of the time I work an accident with a Kia involved, the Kia driver is at fault. Why is that??

    Interesting
A lady in a Kia suv damn near drove through a post office block wall. Since I was a witness, as in the PO at the time, I was called to testify.

Good to hear you are uninjured

USAA too, they were very helpful and patient with me, I have never actually had to deal with insurance before.

    Just getting started.
If you can speak to the adjuster and explain to them any of the aftermarket items you fear might need to be replaced. USAA has always been good when I've had to deal with them and their adjusters are typically open to discussing any issues.

Then I’d have someone that knows what they’re doing fix it.
Insurance usually writes a check to start the job and writes more to finish. They’ll gladly pay you partial, and if you’re doing the work and are unqualified, may be hard to get more.
Get that frame checked by an actual shop before you do anything.

USAA is cutting me a check for the initial estimate. My plan is to bring it to a shop and have them take a look at that part of it and see what they see. If they see anything concerning then I am just going to have them do what they need to do and they can hit USAA if need be.

I dunno if I'd accept the 'initial check'. Watch for fine print that says 'this check is final' ....
I wouldn't cash it until the truck is back in shape the way you want it. I'm no expert here but insurance companies ... do I need to say more?

Bad advice. Insurance company checks have a "stale date" of usually 3 to 6 months or so from date of issue. If you don't cash it the Insurance company is obligated to either reissue it to you if you request, or send it to the state (may vary depending on what state you live in) in a process known as "escheatment".

If you allow your money to go to the state you'll have to deal with them to get it back. The insurance company will be under no obligation to help you either.

OP get a real body shop estimate. Note that if you want supplements for additional damage they'll have to originate from the entity doing the repair and you'll need documentation. You can't just say "this is not enough I need more" - the company will tell you to kick rocks.

That's not how USAA operates. They know full well there will be at least one if not two additional bills once the work is started. People on here are always obsessed over the cheapest insurance and it shows. You get what you pay for and USAA pays.

Recently my wife's Genesis was in the shop for over two months waiting on parts. USAA didn't bat an eye to pay for a Tahoe for her to drive for the two plus months. They also ended up issuing three different checks for the work once it was completed. Unfortunately we've used USAA for at least six collisions and multiple hail damage in the 20+ years we've had them and it's always been easy.
